Billing Operations Staff Redwood City, CA
This is a hands-on billing position to process sales orders, including review of customer purchase orders, coordination with partners and sales teams to ensure accuracy, coordination with customer support team for provisioning and coordination with accounting for proper revenue recognition and generation of invoices.
Responsibilities
- Process orders received from sales team and partners
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of information, such as products ordered, subscription start dates and pricing
- Work closely with partners and review order details to ensure terms are consistent with provisions of partner contract, such as pricing and discounts, etc.
- Ensure non-standard pricing is properly approved
- Review and enter sales orders into NetSuite application
- Ensure customer account and billing information are current and orders are consistent with terms and products agreed to by customer/partner
- Work with customer support team to ensure proper provisioning.
- Generate invoices from sales order after provisioned
- Review accuracy of invoice details, including partner billing instructions, product order, pricing, discounts, state sales tax, etc.
- Review line items on invoice to ensure proper amounts are billed and revenue recognition treatment is consistent with company policy and accounting guidance
- Work with partners for proper billings and collections
- Research and resolve order-related inquiries as appropriate.
- Assist and guide the sales team on sales order processes, systems and procedures.
- Support contracts administration process as necessary
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 2+ years relevant order processing experience
- Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
- NetSuite knowledge a plus
- Software as a Service knowledge a plus
Payroll & HR Administrator Redwood City, CA
As a Payroll/HR Administrator you will be part of a motivated HR team. This opening is your chance to work in the rapidly expanding field of computer security, in a pre-IPO company with excellent customer ratings and outstanding growth rates. This is a hands-on Administrator position to perform the day-to-day payroll and HR related activities for employees.
Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for approx 150 US employees using ADP payroll software (multi state)
- Maintain payroll, stock and immigration files
- Provide support to employees in answering payroll and Human Resources related questions on an as-needed basis
- Respond to employment/income verifications.
- Prepare and distribute stock grants and all require paperwork to employees
- Work with immigration attorney to process employment authorizations, business visa’s and greencard petitions
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.
- Must have at least 4 years experience in payroll processing using ADP. CPF certification preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in stock administration with knowledge of Equity Edge or Transcentive.
- HR Generalist experience a plus- knowledge of H1 Visas and Greencard process preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations; multi-state experience required.
- ADP PC/Payroll system knowledge required.
- Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals and maintain confidentiality of materials and information
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details required.
